How Aventrac handles information collected through this website.
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors. It applies to aventrac.com and its subpages.
The contact form on this site is active and delivered through Netlify's form-handling service. No newsletter, account creation, or e-commerce functionality is live yet. This policy will be updated, and where legally required, additional consent mechanisms (such as a cookie banner) will be added, before any such feature is activated.
Submitting the contact form transmits the information you enter — your name, email address, company name (if provided), and message — to Aventrac for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting and form-handling provider, and are not stored in any separate database we operate. We do not currently collect information automatically through analytics or advertising tools.
This website does not set its own cookies and does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts content delivery network, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers; that request may be logged by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy practices. No other third-party resources are loaded by this site at this time.
Any information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your request or inquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the site (for example, our hosting provider) or as required by law.
If a newsletter or mailing list is introduced in the future, subscription will be opt-in, every message will include a working unsubscribe link, and email practices will follow the CAN-SPAM Act and comparable state and international requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal information collected about you — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the website's functionality changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page.
